Everything in this collection is crafted of solid wood and includes several tables, chairs and a buffet cabinet.  Choose which items you want below and get ready to invite your friends and family over.

The Bow End Table features a thick leg and curved ends.  The self storing unique butterfly leaf enables this table to extend to 90″.  It is finished with the Chalk top and white skirt and leg.  Combine it with the X Back Chair, finished entirely in the Chalk Stain.    

This butterfly leaf system is a customer favorite.  One person can open and close a table due to the cable glide system.  The self-storing butterfly leaf conveniently stores inside this table. Locks beneath the table secure it with or without the leaf installed.

Additionally, there are a few other table options.  A 44″ solid round table features a curved edge finished in Pure White.  We love the seaside chair, also in Pure White.

For a similar look but with the ability to seat more guests there is the Seaside oval Table with the Butterfly leaf,  a round table, yet extends to 64″. This table is Chalk White top with the Pure White on the skirt and leg.  We have paired this with the Chalk finish Seaside Chair.

For cleaner lines we offer the Shaker Table with the self storing butterfly leaf in Pure White with the Emily chair.

The fully assembled buffet (just screw in the feet) features dove tail construction and full extension drawer glides on the 3 drawers and an adjustable shelf behind each door.

Real wood, not fake wood

Real wood has a strength that stands the test of time.

We proudly use real wood unlike our competitors who use particle board (also called MDF) that is covered in a laminate (plastic that has a wood look). If any part of the laminate or veneer peels away, the exposed particle board will crumble. The moisture expands the particle board and is not repairable.

Furniture in the Raw represents real wood, built to last.

Parawood grows on Malaysian plantations where it’s primary use is latex production.  The beauty and hardness for furniture was discovered to be the perfect source for this tree that was previously burned.  

This “Eco Friendly” tree is harvested for furniture after the latex yields become low, in about 25 to 30 years.  The parawood tree is a renewable option and a smart, affordable choice.
